Can I register for e-Bill and also receive the physical bill via post?

No. You can only select either e-Bill or Paper bill.

How can I reset my e-Bill password?

Use the My Airtel App to reset your eBill password by navigating to Quick Menu button > Manage Services > Reset Password

Can I return the damaged card to the retailer I bought it from and ask for a replacement?

That won’t be possible.

Instead using the My Airtel App, you can easily click a picture of the damaged card and send it to us through Live Chat or our Service Request option.

Select the floating icon in the right bottom corner in the home page and tap Complaints. From here select ‘Upload Image’, write your ‘Message’ and hit ‘Send’.

What should I do if I run out of Daily Data?

You can conveniently top-up 1GB or 5GB 4G data.

Use the My Airtel App for more details by tapping on Packs from the Home page and scrolling down to ‘4G Data Top Up’. Select the top-up of your choice to see what’s included.

4G data top-ups will have unlimited validity. You can use it until your connection is active.

I need to make more calls to non-Airtel numbers but my Freedom Plan A2O quota is over. What next?

You can easily top-up your account with Rs. 50 / 100 and make calls.

Within the Freedom Pack validity, you will be charged Rs.1.50 + Tax per minute for non-Airtel numbers.
