How Can I check my current active VAS services?

• Kindly dial *550# and navigate to “VAS” option.
• Login to airtel App & navigate to Entertainment menu >> My services.

What is Airpay service?

Airpay service enables both prepaid and postpaid customers to purchase content from Google Play using their mobile balance. This feature is enabled for all Android users only.

How can I use Airpay?

Customers can easily activate Airpay on their android handsets by adding ‘Use Airtel Lanka billing’ in the payment methods of their Google Play account menu. Once the activation is complete, the user can simply click on ‘Buy’ on their favourite Google Play content, select ‘Bill my Airtel Lanka account’, and provide their Google account password to confirm the purchase.

Why I am unable to connect with Internet?

a. You connection should be in active status with a data balance to use internet. Dial *550#/ login to app to check your connection status. In case you do not have a data balance, Top up your data with our latest packs. Click here to view the latest 4G data top-up packs.

b. Kindly check whether you are have done the APN settings on your mobile phone.

c. Ensure that you have select your mobile network mode as 2G/3G/4G/LTE auto Connect mode & restart the device one more time to apply the settings.

My data speed is slow. How can I fix it?

a. Dial *780# to ensure that you are using a 4G compatible SIM card.
b. Ensure that you have select your mobile network mode as 2G/3G/4G/LTE auto Connect mode & restart the device one more time to apply the settings.
We commend you to use a 4G/ LTE enabled mobile / device to experience a high speed data experience with airtel.

How to check the 4G data speed?

Navigate to your internet browser & type “fast.com” & click go / enter. You will be directed to a speed test session on your browser.

• Use my airtel app – you can easily see the data balance on the 1st screen/main screen
• Dial *550# from your mobile

Why I am unable to make calls at all?

  • Check whether your connection is active. Dial *550# or login to my airtel to check your connection status. In-case if you connection status is inactive, simply activate a freedom pack or reload Rs.50 or 100 to reactive your account.
  • Check whether you have sufficient balance to make a voice calls. On freedom packs, all calls to airtel numbers will be unlimited. In case you are not able to make a non-airtel call, check your non-airtel free minutes balance by dialling *550# or login to my airtel app. Simply reload Rs. 50 or 100 to enjoy special call rates to non airtel numbers while a freedom pack is active.
  • Check whether “Caller ID” display option enabled on your call settings.
