I want to receive a duplicate bill

Simply login to My Airtel App and view/ download/ e-mail your bills by going to Menu > My Account > My Bill.

I want to know my bill cycle and due date.

Your bill cycle will be 23rd to 22nd of every month and you will be required to settle the bill value by 11th of the following month.

e.g.: Bill cycle starts on 23rd of August and ends on 22nd of September. You will be required to settle your bill value by 11th of October. We request to make your payment on time to avoid late payment charges.

How can I make payment for my postpaid bill?

a. Simply login to My Airtel App and pay your bills by going to Home > Pay My Bill > Payments.

b. You may also click here https://www.airtel.lk/online-bill-payment-guide/ to view the available online payment options and also can make payments through BOC, NSB, Commercial Bank, Sampath bank, HNB, LB Finance, Keels Super, Abans, Arpico, Food City, Singer, Pay&go, m-cash, ez-cash.

What is late payment fee?

a. Late payment is charged when bill payment is not done within the assigned due date (11th of every month). Request to make your payment on time to avoid late payment charges.

b. Current late payment charge is Rs.50/-.

I have made the payment to the wrong connection. How do I undo this?

How can I switch from postpaid to prepaid?

Please visit the nearest Bell Store, settle the available dues and submit the below documents to convert your connection to prepaid:

  1. A Duly filled postpaid Application
  2. Proof of Identity (NIC / Driving License / Passport)

What’s the minimum amount I have to pay to reconnect my connection?
