How can check my Freedom plan free quota balances? (A2A/ SMS/ Data)

Simply view your Freedom plan usage on the My Airtel App by visiting the Home Page.

Why am I unable to use data on my 3G Mobile phone after changing to a Freedom plan?

The Freedom Bill Plans & 4G Smartbytes will work on 4G data only.

You need to insert your 4G compatible SIM into a 4G phone to use data on Freedom Bill Plans & 4G Smartbytes.

How can I deactivate data add-ons / any other packs?

Simply chat with us via Airtel Website / My Airtel App Live Chat / WhatsApp755 555 555 or call 1755 to deactivate your data add-on.

How can I add more data when my monthly data is over?

You can use the rolled over data balance, if rolled over data balance is unavailable, you can conveniently buy a 4G Smartbyte of 50 GB, 20 GB and 10 GB.

To view 4G Smartbyte details on the My Airtel App, select Plans from the Home page and look under 4G Smartbyte, select the pack of your choice to view additional details.

Simply dial *550# from your mobile and select 2 to activate a 4G Smartbyte.

You may also activate 4G Smartbyte on the My Airtel App by going to Menu > Plans & Payments > Plans

How do I find out my unbilled amount?

Simply dial *550# from your mobile.

You may also use the My Airtel App to view your unbilled amount. From the Home page tap on one of the circular indicator bars (4G / A2O / SMS) or A2A Calls (under the circular indicator bars), you can view a detailed summary of your Unbilled Usage.

How can I see my current bill / outstanding?

Simply dial *550# from your mobile.

You may also use the My Airtel App to view your outstanding amount in the Home page. You can also view and understand your bill by going to Menu > My Account > My Bill

I have not received my bill. How do I check it?

Simply use the My Airtel App to view / download / e-mail your bills by going to Menu My AccountMy Bill

How do I register for E-bill?

Simply use the My Airtel App to register for E-bill by going to Home > Quick Access Button (Airtel logo in the center) > Manage Services > Register E-bill

You can also register to E-bill by typing ebill space <your email address> and sending it to 555 or chat with us.

I have not received/ want to reset my bill password

Simply use the My Airtel App to receive / reset your E-bill password by going to Home > Manage Services > Reset Password

You can also receive / reset your E-bill password instantly by typing ebillpswd and sending to 555.

How do I change my e-mail address given for E-bill?

Simply use the My Airtel App to change your E-mail address by going to Home > Quick Access Button (Airtel logo in the center) > Manage ServicesChange E-mail
