Dear Valued Customer, we will be upgrading our systems from 10PM on 8 August 2025 to 7AM on 9 August 2025. During this period, access to customer support channels will be limited, and reload and bill payment services will be temporarily unavailable.

Dear Valued Customer, We will be upgrading our systems to serve you better. During the transition period from 10PM on 8 August 2025 to 7AM on 9 August 2025, roaming activation will be unavailable.
If you are planning to travel abroad, please contact our customer care hotline at 1755 before 8 August 2025 for assistance.

Calls, SMS, and Data services will remain available during the planned system upgrade, depending on your current pack, data, voice, and account balance.
