How do I Register / Re-Register For Prepaid?

It is a regulatory requirement to have your SIM registered under your Name and Address. Dial #132# & check the ownership of your connection. If it differs, kindly re-register your connection immediately. You can register, re-register or update your details at one of our outlets Click Here

Re-registration can be done online for customers who are informed via SMS. Click Here

Documents required:

  • NIC (proof of billing should be submitted if address in NIC is different to present address) or
  • Driving license with proof of billing or
  • Valid Passport with proof of billing.
  • ** Proof of billing : Utility bill within last 6 months
