How do I download the My Airtel App?

Click  https://www.airtel.lk/get-app/ and select your dedicated store to download. We are available on Apple App Store, Google Play Store and Huawei AppGallery.

How can I give feedback about my experience using the My Airtel App?

You can rate us and submit your comments through the App. From the home screen navigate to Menu > Give Feedback
Additionally, you can search for My Airtel App on your dedicated store (Apple App Store, Google Play Store and Huawei AppGallery) and select ‘Write a Review’.

How can I add another connection to My Airtel App?

You can add other prepaid and postpaid numbers conveniently.
Navigate to My Profile from the homepage and tap on My Connections. From there, select Add Number and enter the mobile number you wish to add.
You will receive an authentication SMS (OTP). Enter the code and you are ready to use the added number.

What are the handsets/operating systems that support My Airtel App?

Currently, My Airtel Self Care Application supports:
Android devices running on Android 4.4 and above
Apple iOS devices running on iOS 9 and above

Will I be charged for using the My Airtel App?

No, accessing the My Airtel App is free of charge.
However, you will be charged standard data rates for accessing the external links inside the App.

How do I make a reload/recharge to my number?

Navigate to Packs & Reload from the main menu or Quick Access Button and click on Reload. You can reload your number or any other number as well.

You can top up your number & activate packs using credit/debit cards, recharge cards & with the available Main Account Balance.

Using Credit/Debit Cards – Enter the amount and select Reload.

Recharge Cards – Enter the PIN and select Proceed.

Pack Activation – Select the preferred pack or enter the denomination to activate the pack.

You have the option of using online payment methods or packs can be activated with the available Main Account Balance.

How do I view all VAS services active on my number and deactivate services I don’t need?

Using the My Airtel App, navigate to Menu > Entertainment > My Services to see the list of currently active VAS services.
From there you can simply tap on the toggle button (on the right) of the VAS services you don’t need and confirm your deactivation by selecting ‘YES’ when prompted.

I changed my mind and wish to reactivate some VAS services. How do I find all VAS services?

Using the My Airtel App, navigate to Menu > Entertainment > VAS to see all VAS services.
From there, explore and tap on the toggle button of your preferred VAS services to activate them.
