How to check the ownership information of my SIM card?

Kindly dial #132# on your mobile phone.

Airtel SIM is not registered under my name. What should I do to register the SIM under my name?

It’s a regulatory requirement, that the SIM card user should register the SIM under his / her name. Kindly follow the below guidelines if the current sim card is not under your ownership.
Prepaid – Visit the nearest retailer along with your Proof of Identity and request for an ownership change.
Postpaid – Visit the nearest the Bell Store with below documents.
a) Original customers’ consent letter with signature.
b) A copy of original customers’ proof of identity with signature.
c) Original document of Proof of Identity of current user ( NIC / DL / Passport)
d) Proof of address under your name.
-Mandatory; if you are submitting a Driving licence or passport.
-Mandatory; In case if your billing address is different to your NIC address.
-Type of documents that you can submit as proof of address
i. Utility Bills ( Electricity / Water / Fixed Line )
ii. Bank Passbook ( should be updated )
iii. Bank Statement
iv. Credit Card Statement etc.

** Billing proof should be issued or updated within last 3 months.

Simply lodge a complaint to your nearest police station and refer to your respective telecommunication network with the relevant information

Simply dial *11# from your airtel number.

How will airtel inform winners?

Winners of all promotions held by Airtel will only be notified via Customer Care-755555555/Corporate office-759557000.
