How can I get my damaged card replaced?

Replacing your damaged recharge card is very convenient using the My Airtel App.

Click a picture of the damaged card and send it to us, we will credit the amount to your account.

You can send this request via Live Chat or raise a Service Request.

Can I return the damaged card to the retailer I bought it from and ask for a replacement?

That won’t be possible.

Instead using the My Airtel App, you can easily click a picture of the damaged card and send it to us through Live Chat or our Service Request option.

Select the floating icon in the right bottom corner in the home page and tap Complaints. From here select ‘Upload Image’, write your ‘Message’ and hit ‘Send’.
