We are looking for a passionate personality to join our sales team.

The Job

  • Achieve new customer acquisition targets.
  • Drive revenue targets by focusing on value and volume sales of retail.
  • Acquisition of outlets and new channels to strengthen the distribution network.
  • Managing the distributor effectively and efficiently ensuring a profitable ROI result.
  • Training, development and motivation of distributor staff and sales executives.


The Person

  • Minimum four years of experience in a similar capacity
  • Full or part qualified in CIM/SLIM or an equivalent qualification in sales and marketing
  • Exposure in telecommunication distribution operation or FMCG distribution operation
  • Exposure to operation of channel driven sales paradigm
  • Excellent team player with the ability to move with different calibers of people and drive them towards one common goal
  • Ability to work under tremendous pressure and minimal supervision to deliver results.
