The Job
- Achieve new customer acquisition targets.
- Drive revenue targets by focusing on value and volume sales of retail.
- Acquisition of outlets and new channels to strengthen the distribution network.
- Managing the distributor effectively and efficiently ensuring a profitable ROI result.
- Training, development and motivation of distributor staff and sales executives.
The Person
- Minimum four years of experience in a similar capacity
- Full or part qualified in CIM/SLIM or an equivalent qualification in sales and marketing
- Exposure in telecommunication distribution operation or FMCG distribution operation
- Exposure to operation of channel driven sales paradigm
- Excellent team player with the ability to move with different calibers of people and drive them towards one common goal
- Ability to work under tremendous pressure and minimal supervision to deliver results.
