Yes, you can. However, the benefits of the 2nd pack will start only after the 1st pack is over.
e.g.: If are already on a freedom pack which is valid till 30th August and you reload another freedom pack on 20th August. The benefit of the 2nd pack will start on 31st August. That is after expiry of 1st pack on 30th August.

It’s a regulatory requirement, that the SIM card user should register the SIM under his / her name. Kindly follow the below guidelines if the current sim card is not under your ownership.
Prepaid – Visit the nearest retailer along with your Proof of Identity and request for an ownership change.
Postpaid – Visit the nearest the Bell Store with below documents.
a) Original customers’ consent letter with signature.
b) A copy of original customers’ proof of identity with signature.
c) Original document of Proof of Identity of current user ( NIC / DL / Passport)
d) Proof of address under your name.
-Mandatory; if you are submitting a Driving licence or passport.
-Mandatory; In case if your billing address is different to your NIC address.
