a. To check your credit limit, simply dial *550# from your mobile.

b. You may also login to My Airtel App to check your credit limit by going to Menu >> My Account >> Summary.

Is Roll-Over feature available for all the postpaid plans?

a. The Roll-Over feature is available only in Freedom 900 and Freedom 1800 bill plans. Simply click here to know about the freedom bill plan details.

I want to know about the Roll-Over feature

a. With the Roll-Over feature you can carry forward your unused bill plan data balance for future consumption. No expiry available for the rolled over data and will remain until the connection gets permanently disconnected.

b. e.g.: At the end of the bill cycle, you have 25 GB unused data and you can carry forward this to your next bill cycle. Likewise you can collect unused data from every bill cycle until it reaches to a maximum of 200 GB.

I want to buy a new freedom postpaid connection

a. Visit the nearest Lanka Bell store, click here to explore the nearest location.

b. You may also call 1755 and raise a request to obtain a new freedom postpaid connection.

I want to know my current bill plan

a. Simply login to My Airtel App  and view your current bill plan benefits by going to Menu >> My Account >> My Plan.

What is the refund policy of Airpay?
