Dear Valued Customer, we will be upgrading our systems to serve you better. During the transition period from 8.00 AM on 18 April 2026 to 9.00 AM on 19 April 2026, access to customer support channels will be limited. Reload services will be available from 8.00 AM to 9.00 PM on 18 April.

Our islandwide outlets will also be closed on 18 April 2026. However, on 19 April, from 10.00 AM to 2.00 PM, our outlets in 528 Alfred House (Modern Arcade), Anuradhapura, Badulla, Batticaloa, Galle, Iconic Centre, Jaffna, Kandy City Center (KCC), Kurunegala, Negombo, One Galle Face (OGF), Ratnapura, Trincomalee, and Vavuniya will remain open.

Please note that our roaming activation will be unavailable from 8.00 AM on 18 April 2026 to 9.00 AM on 19 April 2026 due to a system upgrade. To ensure seamless connectivity while traveling abroad, please activate your roaming service before 18 April.

Call, SMS and data services will remain available during the planned system upgrade, depending on your current pack, data, voice and account balance.
