What are the documents required to activate a new Freedom bill plan?
A Duly filled postpaid Application
Proof of Identity (NIC / Driving License / Passport)
Proof of address under your name.
Mandatory; if you are submitting a Driving license or passport.
Mandatory; in case if your billing address is different to your NIC address.
Type of documents that you can submit as proof of address,
1. Utility Bills (Electricity / Water / Fixed Line)
2. Bank Passbook (Should be updated)
3. Bank Statement
4. Credit Card Statement etc.
** Billing proof should be issued or updated within lastest 3 months.
