We are actively seeking for a suitable candidate to fulfill the below mentioned responsibilities for this job.
- MIS provisioning and development of modules for churn forecasting.
- Taking actions in order to minimize the churn via tele-calling team (partner), scheduling of campaigns and offers or other such activity.
- Automating the routine analysis process to generate prepaid churn related data and MIS much faster
- Segmenting the prepaid base in order to take actions accordingly when triggered for probable churn or at non rec point for win back.
- Bachelor’s Degree or an Equivalent Qualification in IT and/or Professional Qualification in IT/ Software
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Experience in Telecom industry is an added advantage
- Knowledge of telecom prepaid systems & reporting tools specially Databases
- Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills with all levels
- Analytical and interpretation skills – number savvy
