The Job

  • Overall Account management for the assigned accounts.
  • Ensure superior service to the allocated base through regular visits.
  • Ensure revenue growth through new sales, solutions & VAS.
  • Managing Collections, Bad Debts and Churn for the allocated base.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to deliver service requests and resolution of customer issues timely.
  • Manage customer complaints pertaining to devices provided by Airtel.
  • Help in developing new products and services based on customer feedback.


The Person

  • Bachelor’s Degree or an Equivalent Qualification in Business Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 – 5 years of experience in the field of customer service from Telecommunications/Service industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication Skills in English.
  • Good Interpersonal Skills with a great personality.
