We are looking for a passionate personality to join our sales team.

The Job

  • Manage and increase the market share of postpaid sales.
  • Maintain good customer experience by upholding the expected level of customer satisfaction and customer engagement.
  • Develop and train sales team members by conducting daily sales observations and sales meetings in order to achieve the set sales targets.
  • Develop various campaigns to facilitate in building the brand.
  • Oversee and ensure compliance of all activities to align with the company policies and procedures.


The Person

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or fully completed Professional Qualification in Sales & Marketing or Business Management.
  • Minimum 05 years of experience in Sales and Marketing.
  • Minimum 02 years of experience in Field Sales Management.
  • Good Analytical Skills in developing MIS reports / Monthly Account analysis.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships.
  • Ability to train and develop sales staff.
