The Job

  • Optimize the existing 2G/4G networks to meet KPIs targets and continuous monitoring on customer perceived network KPIs for voice and data services
  • End to end customer complaint management through Technical Support Group, RF back office & field teams.
  • Capacity management of the 2G/4G service nodes and interfaces
  • Driving the accurate capacity and KPI reporting on a daily basis and performing the related sign-off with Strategic Partners for the complete 2G & 4G networks
  • Carrying out periodic review with Strategic Partners, strategizing the improvement plan and follow up actions
  • New feature testing and implementation to cater to market demand and business’s strategic requirements
  • Enabling and supporting the technical and support teams to realise cost optimization for upgrades and other activities
  • Monitor the Single Site Verification and Cluster Optimization progress through frequent reviews
  • Network Benchmarking and ensuring better network (Coverage, Quality and Perception) than the competitors via routine drive test & monitoring network performance
  • The incumbent will directly report to Head –Network Planning and Quality

 

The Person

  • BSc in Engineering (Electrical / Electronic or Telecommunication) or a Professional Qualification in a relevant field
  • MBA Qualification would be an added advantage
  • Over 10 years in the mobile communication industry, with network quality monitoring for voice and data services
  • Sound knowledge in 2G and 4G networks
  • Hands-on experience in Huawei systems and Strategic Partner management
