Simply switch on your mobile phone upon landing overseas and you will be logged on to the available Roaming network automatically.
If your mobile does not latch on to a network automatically, kindly follow the below mentioned steps so that you can enjoy our extended Roaming footprint through accessing the International profile -
1. Go to the “Menu’’ or ‘SIM Services’
2. Click ’Roaming Manager’
3. Select ’International’
4. Your SIM will refresh
5. International services of your SIM card which will allow you to connect to our Partner Networks.
6. If your mobile struggles to pick up a signals automatically, go to ’Menu’ and then ’Settings’, Select ’Network Services’ and then ’Network Selection’ and search ’Manually’ for a required network which will enable you to roam.
Depending on your handset Roaming Manager is located in different menus.
