Airtel Launches My Airtel My Offer (MAMO) in Sri Lanka
Customers need to simply dial *123# from their Airtel mobile to access the offer
Validity extends to all Airtel Postpaid and Prepaid customers

June 04, 2009, Colombo. Bharti Airtel Lanka (Pvt) Ltd., a subsidiary of Bharti Airtel, Asia’s leading integrated telecom service provider, today announced the launch of My Airtel My Offer (MAMO). A first of its kind, MAMO ushers all Airtel customers into the revolutionary world of customized offers and promotions in keeping with an individual customer’s phone usage. Considered another innovative service offering never before experienced in mobile communications in Sri Lanka, Airtel Customers need to simply dial *123# to immediately gain access to their customized offer.

MAMO, which offers customers a new dimension of convenience, instantly provides relevant offers to all customers on a personalized level, by identifying individual communication usage habits. As such, customers of both Postpaid and Prepaid can now enjoy customized promotions across Talk time, Tariff and even VAS offerings. By dialing *123#, customers gain access to an introductory talk time surprise of a Rs.10,000 free bonus per day, with one lucky winner standing to win Rs.100,000 free bonus per week. In addition, other Bonus Offers, Free Reloads and also, 3G handsets can be won. With MAMO, Customers will not be limited to winning only one offer, but can enjoy at least three offers a month.
